What to expect from Slique, Acceptance of quotation and
work confirmation

At Slique we pride ourselves on the systems that help manage our business, and the motivated staff who make them operate successfully. We aim to make the experience as pleasant and convenient for the customer as possible, from initial contact through to the completion of the work.

All our work is undertaken by a number of specialist technicians. Their time is valuable, so our operations team runs a comprehensive booking, dispatch and scheduling system to maximise efficiency.

When you accept our proposal and quotation, we will make an appointment for a team of technicians with the appropriate skills and experience to undertake the work. If you provide an email address, an electronic confirmation of your appointment will be emailed to you.

Every effort is made to meet your required dates for work, but there are times when poor weather or delays on other sites means that this is not possible. If this happens, we will advise you in advance of expected dates and reconfirm with you.

If you have a critical date that must be met, please advise our sales staff at the time of quotation.
